1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil; add a wire rack if you have one.
2. Pat wings very dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
4. Toss wings with BBQ sauce (and honey if using). Return to oven 5 minutes to set the glaze.
