Parmesan Crusted Tenders

Crisp, cheesy tenders baked fast—perfect with salad, fries, or straight off the tray.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs One Fine Chicken breast tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
2. Mix panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Toss tenders with olive oil, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Arrange in a single layer. Bake 12–15 minutes, until crisp and fully cooked.

Food Safety Reminder: Chicken is fully cooked when the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Always use a meat thermometer to confirm doneness before serving.
