Garlic-Herb Drumsticks

Roasted drumsticks with garlic, herbs, and crisp edges—easy dinner, big return.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs One Fine Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or oregano)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp paprika for extra color

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.
2. Pat drumsticks dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, pepper (and paprika if using).
3. Arrange in a single layer. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and fully cooked.
4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
