Crispy Air-Fryer Tenders

Crispy outside, juicy inside—air-fryer chicken tenders that hit the spot fast.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs One Fine Chicken breast tenders
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or cooking spray for the basket)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly oil the basket.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each tender in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Press to adhere.
4. Arrange tenders in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
5. Air-fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and fully cooked.

Food Safety Reminder: Chicken is fully cooked when the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Always use a meat thermometer to confirm doneness before serving.
