Buffalo Party Wings

Crispy oven wings tossed in classic Buffalo sauce—perfect for game time or anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 2½ lbs One Fine Chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (not baking soda)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese, celery sticks

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top (optional but helps crisp).
2. Pat wings very dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and fully cooked.
4. In a bowl, whisk hot sauce and melted butter.
5. Toss wings in sauce and serve immediately.

Food Safety Reminder: Chicken is fully cooked when the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Always use a meat thermometer to confirm doneness before serving.
